So this is a guy with a scrolling marquee sign in his back window that has the URL from the manufacturer (?) when he's moving. When he hits the brake pedal it saying "stopping". I'm pretty sure it's illegal in HI, but it's still interesting to see someone how'd actually DO that! ;)
